At The Modern Skin Company, our Hair Restoration Program combines Lutronic ULTRA 1927 nm fractional laser technology with DE|RIVE in a structured six-treatment protocol designed to support the scalp and improve the appearance of thinning hair.
How It Works
The Lutronic ULTRA delivers controlled 1927 nm fractional laser energy to the scalp, creating microscopic treatment zones while leaving surrounding tissue intact.
Immediately following the laser treatment, DE|RIVE is applied directly to the treated scalp as part of the protocol.
Rather than focusing only on the hair you can see, this approach focuses on the scalp environment from which the hair grows.

Your program consists of six ULTRA + DE|RIVE treatments spaced approximately four weeks apart, completing the initial treatment series over approximately five months.
Because hair grows in cycles, improvement is gradual. Progress is monitored throughout the program, with changes continuing to be assessed in the months following the treatment series.
What Is DE|RIVE?
DE|RIVE is a professional scalp serum used immediately following ULTRA treatment as part of our hair restoration protocol.
Paired with fractional laser treatment, it provides a comprehensive approach focused on supporting scalp and hair health rather than simply treating the appearance of the hair itself.
Who Is It For?
ULTRA + DE|RIVE may be an option for men and women experiencing early or progressive thinning, decreased-looking density, a widening part, increasingly visible scalp or general concerns about the appearance and quality of their hair.

When Will I See Results?
Hair restoration takes time. Because hair grows in cycles, this is not a treatment where results are expected overnight.
Changes may become more noticeable as you progress through your treatment series and during the months that follow. Individual response varies depending on factors such as the cause and extent of thinning, age and overall hair and scalp health.
