We'll assess your skin and hair type, review the areas you'd like treated and discuss your goals. We'll explain what to expect, determine the appropriate laser settings for your skin and create a personalized treatment plan.

Most clients describe laser hair removal as a quick snapping or warm sensation. Our advanced laser technology includes integrated cooling to help keep treatments comfortable, and settings can be adjusted based on the treatment area and your comfort level.

There is little to no downtime with laser hair removal. Mild redness or warmth around the hair follicles is common immediately after treatment and typically settles within a few hours. You can generally return to your regular activities right away, although sun exposure and excessive heat should be avoided as directed.

Because laser hair removal is most effective when hair is actively growing, multiple treatments are required. Most clients need approximately 8–10 sessions, depending on the treatment area, hair type, hormones and individual response. Occasional maintenance treatments may also be needed over time.

Treatment spacing is based on the natural hair growth cycle and the area being treated. Areas above the shoulders are typically treated every 4 weeks, while areas below the shoulders are typically treated every 6 weeks. As your treatment series progresses, your provider may adjust the timing based on your individual hair growth.

You may begin to notice treated hairs shedding within approximately 1–3 weeks after your first session. With each treatment, hair typically becomes progressively finer and sparser, with the most noticeable reduction developing throughout your treatment series.

All treatment areas must be cleanly shaved within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please do not wax, tweeze or use other methods that remove the hair from the root before treatment, as the laser needs the hair follicle present to effectively target it. Avoid tanning and excessive sun exposure before your appointment, and arrive with the treatment area clean and free from lotions, oils, deodorant or other topical products whenever possible.
