Frequently Asked Questions
Is the skin analysis uncomfortable?
Not at all. It’s a non-invasive imaging assessment — you simply position your face in the device while we capture images in several light modes.
Do I need to prepare for the analysis?
It’s best to arrive with your skin free of makeup if possible, but we can cleanse your skin on arrival. Avoid retinoids the night before if you’d prefer.
How is the analysis used?
The images reveal concerns beneath the surface — pigmentation, vascular activity, hydration, sebum — so we can select and sequence the right treatments for your skin.
Will I see the images?
Yes. We review the images with you and explain what they reveal, so you understand exactly why we’re recommending each part of your plan.
