Does microneedling hurt?
Topical numbing is applied before treatment, so most clients feel only mild pressure and a slight vibration. Comfort is well managed throughout.
How long is the recovery?
Expect redness for 24–48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. Most clients resume normal activities the next day with gentle skincare.
How many treatments will I need?
For general renewal, a series of 3 sessions is common. Acne scarring and deeper texture concerns may require 3–6 sessions for best results.
Can microneedling be combined with other treatments?
Yes — SkinPen pairs well with laser resurfacing, medical-grade skincare and other restoration treatments. We’ll design a combined plan when appropriate.
